Mitzi Mead, CEO and Co-FOUNDER

Mitzi Mead is a senior business development specialist with over 30 years experience in the federal IT marketplace. She understands the product, services, consulting and integration markets. She helps companies increase their exposure in the federal marketplace in order to increase revenues. This includes identifying and pursuing opportunities for companies' solutions, utilizing her many key relationships with government and industry executives. She has held both sales and business development positions in this industry and understands what it takes to be successful.

Ms. Mead is an active member of the Washington information technology community. She currently serves as the Executive Vice Chair of the Industry Advisory Council's (IAC) Executive Committee and has been a board member since 2013. She served on the board of the Association for Federal Information Resources Management (AFFIRM) from 2007 - 2013. She received the IAC Individual Contributor of the Year Award in 2002. She served as the IAC Fellows Chair from 2008 to 2010. She served as the Industry Chair of the 2004 and 2005 IAC Partners Program and as Vice Chair in 2003. She is an IAC Fellow as an alumna of the IAC Partners Class of 2001. In 2002, she received a Federal 100 award for her commitment to the federal IT community.

Sandy Mestre, Principal

Sandy Mestre is a seasoned business development executive with over 30 years of diverse experience ranging from fortune 500 companies to startup companies in the federal information technology services marketplace. She has held both direct sales and business development positions in the federal and commercial industry. Ms. Mestre has a proven track record of leveraging relationships within the IT community to drive new sales opportunities and support corporate growth.

Ms. Mestre is an active member of the Industry Advisory Council (IAC), the Association for Federal Information Resources Management (AFFIRM), and AFCEA Energy.


A well-known figure in the federal market, Faye Farah's career spans strategic planning, client management, marketing, sales, business development and capture management positions.  Through her work with various federally focused companies, Farah has developed strategic business development plans and solutions sets; led capture activities; generated teaming opportunities; and maintained strategic partner relationships.

Ms. Farah's experience ranges from Fortune 500 companies to small startups in the federal, international and commercial markets.

Prior to her work with systems integrators, Ms. Farah founded two successful companies.  Responsible for the strategic direction and operations of both organizations, Farah grew the companies before selling as part of the exit strategy.

Ms. Farah is an active member of the federal IT communityand has served in leadership positions in IAC, Women in Technology, and AFCEA.
